KM Recruitment is seeking a Health and Social Care Trainer Assessor for a home/field-based role requiring flexibility to travel across Cheshire, Liverpool, and surrounding areas.
The salary for this position ranges from £26,500 to £30,000, depending on qualifications, and includes an excellent benefits package and pension.
Candidates must hold a recognized Assessor award or a Level 3 Teaching Qualification, as well as an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, with experience in assessing Apprenticeships preferred.
Solid occupational experience at a Deputy Manager level or above in Health and Social Care is essential, along with good ICT skills and a full, clean driving license.
The role involves assessing learners, managing documentation, and providing support, requiring strong organizational and motivational skills.

Hold either a recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA) OR a Level 3 Teaching Qualification such as PTLLS / AET.
Must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care as a minimum.
Ideally have experience of assessing Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care / Adult Care.
Hold solid occupational experience within Health and Social Care at Deputy Manager level or above.
Must have a good level of ICT skills.
Full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
Must be flexible with travel and also remote home working.

Duties include:

Assess and support learners working towards Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care up to Level 5 (Lead Adult Care Worker).
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Support, advise and motivate learners.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, learner recruitment, quality paperwork and general administration.

Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners.
