Spencer Clarke Group are recruiting for the exciting role of Client Services Manager based in the firm's office in Stoke on Trent.

Our client offers support for AAT, ACCA, ACA (ICAEW), ATT, or CTA. You will be supported by a dedicated Learning & Development Coordinator.

What does this role entail? Here is a very brief snapshot:

  • Manage your own portfolio of clients
  • Work closely with directors and other departments to support the overall delivery of services to your portfolio
  • Reviewing processes and executing more efficient ways of service delivery
  • Coach and develop the accounts team

What are the essentials for this role?

  • ACA or ACCA Qualified
  • Have Practice experience in a manager role
  • Have knowledge of CCH (ideally)
