Group Treasury Manager |Stoke-on-Trent | Hybrid | c.50k to 65kAxon Moore is thrilled to partner with a leading £100m+ turnover PLC in the manufacturing and retail sector to recruit a Group Treasury Manager. Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you will lead the Group Treasury function, optimising cash flow, managing banking relationships, and ensuring compliance with financial standards.Responsibilities:

Oversee cash flow forecasting, working capital, and treasury operations.
Identify cost-saving and profit-maximising opportunities.
Manage banking relationships and drive successful transition projects.
Improve forecasting accuracy and communicate risks/opportunities.

The Candidate:

Strong Treasury experience in a leadership role.
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
Commercially astute with manufacturing/retail experience.
Strategic problem solver with project management skills.
