The Role:
We are seeking an Engineering Manager to drive equipment reliability and implement cutting-edge maintenance strategies. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the plant operates at peak efficiency, while coordinating preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of maintenance strategies to optimise equipment uptime and reliability.
  • Implement condition monitoring, lubrication management, and predictive maintenance routines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations during shutdowns and daily tasks.
  • Manage spare parts inventory, critical equipment, and work order systems.
  • Oversee the maintenance team’s performance, ensuring continuous development and training.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years in maintenance or production, preferably in heavy industry.
  • Experience with preventive maintenance programs, FMEA, and problem-solving tools.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and cement production processes.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage in critical situations.
