They are currently looking for a talented and experienced Construction Project Manager to join their dynamic team on a 10m industrial shed project in Stoke.
Job Overview:
They are seeking an experienced and driven Construction Project Manager to oversee all phases of their construction project, from initial planning to final completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing resources, coordinating between various stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring successful completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and manage resources effectively.
- Coordinate and communicate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor progress and adjust project plans as necessary to meet project goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and other legal requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and safety standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring clear communication and high performance.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Handle client communications, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
Required Qualifications of the Project Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
- Experience in managing both small and large-scale projects.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
