Are you a Project Manager or similar, with a background in Construction looking for a varied role where you will have the autonomy to oversee end-to-end Commercial projects with a varied client base based around Stoke, in a role offering a bonus where you will work closely with the Directorship team?
This company has been established for about 15 years and has grown to nearly 100 permanent employees, providing construction and refurbishment solutions to a range of clients, including Schools, local authorities, housing, hospitals and other commercial projects. Now they are looking to expand their team with a Project Manager.
This role would see you work primarily in office as you are responsible for end-to-end project management, liaising with clients and overseeing on-site teams. You will undertake some weekly visits to sites primarily locally in and around Stoke, in addition to undertaking some occasional travel to meet with clients and subcontractors further around the UK. This varied role is Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm with some flexibility to fit your needs.
This technical role would suit a Project Manager with a background in construction, looking for an autonomous role where you will undertake varied projects for a dynamic client base in a role offering autonomy and the chance to boost your knowledge in a company that looks after you.
The Role:
- End-to-end Project Management.
- Work closely with clients and on-site teams on projects.
- Liaising with the Director and other members of the senior leadership team.
- Mon-Fri, occasional overtime, nationwide travel.
The Person:
- Project Manager or similar.
- Background working in construction.
- Commutable to Stoke.
