This practice experienced a lot of growth in 2024, resulting in the requirement for a new audit senior. The sky is the limit with this position, with clear progression routes throughout the company. Audit Senior Job Overview- Planning, leading, and executing audits for a range of clients
- Preparing detailed audit plans, ensuring compliance
- Identify and assess risks during audit process
- Conduct on-site and remote audits
- Ensure audits are completed on time and within budget
- Manage and resolve audit issues, escalating complex matters to audit manager
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing training and guidance
- Review work of junior auditors
- Prepare audit reports and financial statements in accordance with regulations
- ACA or ACCA qualified is essential
- Minimum of 2 years accountancy practice experience
- Able to commute to Stourbridge, on a daily basis
- Must possess excellent, communication, interpersonal, leadership, and team work skills
- No requirement for visa sponsorship
- Salary dependant on experience, ranging from £40-60k
- 25 days holiday
- Statutory pension and sick pay contribution
- On site parking and very close to Stourbridge train station
