We have a fantastic new opportunity to recruit for aTelesales / Sales Coordinatorto complement our existing team. Contacting clients in the Laser Cutting, Fabrications andMetal Pressings,Coil Processing sector. This role would suit somebody that has had previous experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Executive or a Client engagement specialist.
The purpose of the role is to:
Identify new sales prospects through lead sourcing initiatives, maintain & strengthen relationships with existing customers to generate sales.
You will also be required to work on multiple projects at any one time, therefore this position will require someone whose attention to detail and ability to multi task is unquestionable, as this will be a pivotal part in determining project-specific success and divisional growth.

Main duties will include:
Use research tools such as Google, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms to identify potential new customers and contacts.
Telephoning potential clients from a variety of databases.
Update and maintain sales information.
Quotation generation and processing of sales orders.
Arrange customer appointments where required.
Assist with general sales activities.
Any other duties commensurate with the development of sales.
Skills & Experience Required:
Possess previous experience of working in a similar position within the laser cutting, metal fabrication or engineering industries would be a distinct advantage.
Organisational and IT skills are a prerequisite of this rolealongwith the ability to manage and prioritise your own workload whilst using your own initiative.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with attention to detail being a crucial element.
