Job Description:


We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence.

Responsibilities:

Plan and manage a business and territory portfolio in line with the agreed market development strategy

Planning and prioritising sales and customer activities.

Manage product variation, pricing and profit margins in line with the business growth aims.

Update and maintain customer and prospective contacts, internal systems and respond and follow up all sales enquires

Monitor and report on market competitor activities to assist in the development of a sustainable and profitable business plan

Work closely with other sales engineers and Production Staff to ensure an integrated approach towards increasing sales and customer satisfaction.

Organise local marketing activities within a budget and timescales including product launch, promotions, advertising, exhibitions and telemarketing.

Communicate, liaise and negotiate at customer meetings and attend internal Company fictional meetings.

Any other duties commensurate with the development of sales

Requirements:

Have a strong bias and interest towards technical and project management within an engineering environment

Experience within a similar industry would be desired however not essential

To be able to communicate with all levels

Ability to work in a team and on your own

A full UK Driving Licence
