- Producing the Monthly Management pack for the Board of Directors
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business strategy.
- Understanding the costs of the business and looking at ways to help the team and business become more efficient and effective.
- Assist with cash flow management and ensure the company meets its financial obligations.
- Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis as requested by the senior leadership team.
- Be a key part of compiling the Annual Budget process.
- Support in the preparation of year-end accounts and liaise with auditors as necessary.
- Work closely with department heads to provide financial insight and guidance.
- Qualified by experience (e.g., through significant relevant experience in accounting roles).
- Proven experience in a management accounting or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
