**Fully Remote Role**

Akkodis are partnering with a highly reputable brand in the Insurance/Financial Services sector on the continued expansion of their Telephony/Contact Centre support team. Our client are rolling out Nice CXOne as their cloud contact centre solution across their 200+ offices in the UK and require a candidate with advanced CXOne knowledge to help their users once they are live with the platform.

You will work in an experienced support team and be responsible for CXOne scripting and 2nd/3rd line level support to the users. You will also be providing help to the other team members in sharing your knowledge on CXOne.

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

  • Extensive Nice CXOne experience - troubleshooting and scripting - Must Have
  • Extensive Telephony/Cloud Contact Centre support and implementation experience.
  • Experience with Ring Central products would be advantageous
  • Strong communication skills

The role will run initially to the end of October 2025 but there is potential that the position may be extended. Our client are happy to consider fully remote candidates and the position has been deemed inside IR35. Please only apply to the role if you have experience with Nice CXOne.
