Lettings Property Manager - Straford upon Avon - up to £30k (Salary negotiable dependent on experience)

My client is a leading, multi-branch independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established in the Warwickshire area for over 30 years. Due to an ever increasing growth within their Lettings department they are looking for a Lettings Property Manager to join their team in Stratford upon Avon. You should have a background in Lettings or Property Management.

Main Duties for the Lettings Property Manager to include:

  • Managing a portfolio of properties
  • Administrating new tenancy agreements, extensions / renewals
  • Protection of the tenant deposit taken, and dealing with deposit release
  • Facilitating tenants check-in and check-out
  • Notifying utility companies, council and the like of a new tenant
  • Resolving rental arrears
  • Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors to ensure all maintenance works are carried out in good time and to an excellent standard
  • Organisation of safety certification and any remedial works
  • Reporting to landlords with feedback of property inspections
  • Ensure all mandatory compliance / legislation is in place on all properties
  • Ensure all management systems are accurate and kept up to date and maintained
