Aspire People is seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable KS1 Teacher for full-time, day-to-day supply work across a range of schools in Stratford-upon-Avon. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher who is confident delivering the KS1 curriculum and enjoys the variety of working in different school environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Teaching Key Stage 1 pupils in a range of schools on a day-to-day basis
Delivering engaging lessons and adapting plans to suit the needs of each school
Maintaining excellent classroom management and promoting positive behaviour
Assessing and monitoring pupil progress in line with school guidelines
Collaborating with staff and following each school's policies and procedures

Essential Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
UK teaching experience across Key Stage 1
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with students and staff
Flexibility to adapt quickly to different school environments

Desirable:
Experience working across multiple schools
A solid understanding of the KS1 curriculum and differentiated learning
