We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our team, focusing on Key Stage 2 (KS2) interventions for Year 4 and Year 5 students. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting children's educational and developmental needs.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Work closely with KS2 teachers to identify students who require additional support in Year 4 and Year 5.
  • Deliver targeted interventions in literacy and numeracy to help raise student attainment.
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of activities tailored to individual or small group needs.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Support the creation of a safe and stimulating learning environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly with KS2.
