Test Technician - Electronics / Instrumentation & Environmental Testing - Laboratory experience - Surrey - Renewable energy Industry. A Test Technician with hands-on Electronic / Electrical Laboratory experience and with exposure to Environmental Test equipment will join an exciting Technology Company working in the Sustainability sector.

The Test Technician will have the ability to read schematics, possess experience of fault-finding and will have familiarity with 5S methodology to promote adherence within the Labs. You will undertake testing and analysis as well as supporting product design and development lifecycles with guidance on test methodologies.

Key skills and experience for the Test Technician should include:

  • A minimum of an HND in Electronics or similar Engineering field.
  • Hands-on Laboratory experience within an industrial environment in Electronic / Electrical Engineering or Environmental Testing.
  • Knowledge of electronics and instrumentation related to sensor performance.
  • Knowledge of Environmental Testing equipment.
  • Strong awareness of Risk Assessment and COSHH requirements.
