In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in coordinating the daily jobs for our service engineers across the UK and Ireland, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve our monthly KPIs.To schedule the work of our service engineers - a mixture of repairs, breakdowns, and planned maintenance.To work closely with field managers to drive productivity from the field team.To work closely with internal and external customers to help adhere to contractual SLA's, communicating effectively to ensure seamless operations.Key Competencies of a Planning Coordinator Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.Previous experience in a similar planning or coordinating role, ideally within a service or maintenance environment.Proven ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.Proficiency in using scheduling and communication tools to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.Benefits 25 days holiday + bank holidaysProfit share (paid twice yearly)Parking
