Due to continued expansion, the North Easts premier destination for cakes, sweet treats, breakfast and brunch are hiring!
Reporting into our Chef and Senior Chef, we are seeking a passionate, creative and dedicated Commis Chef to join our team on a full-time, or part time basis. The right person will show the willingness to develop their skill set and take directions willingly.

We are currently exploring how to expand our benefits programme even more, and to do this well be asking those who benefit from it the most, our teams!
Schedule:
Our full-time Commis Chef will work a 5 out of 7 shift pattern, which will include weekend working. We know that weekend with friends and family are important to our teams, so our rotas are scheduled fairly, in advance and on a rotational basis. Our working hours are from 9am until 5pm.
Our part time Commis Chef will work set days per week, with overtime available. We have a variety of part-time contracts available.
