You will be running a small operation within STACK, looking after our two very own Street Food operations Holy Duck & Zza Pizza & Yolo Coffee Kitchen

What we require from you

Must Have:

At least 2 years kitchen Experience at Sous Chef level

Leadership Skills

Stock Management

Food Safety Management

Preferred:

Food Safety level 2 and 3

First aid training certificate

Experience in front facing guest relations

What we will provide you:

Full training will be given on all our in house systems

You will have the full support & guidance of our Food Operations Team
