Our Client is looking for an Estimator to join their team.
An Electrical company based near the Sunderland areaproviding electrical services in several sectors: commercial , Healthcare, Education
The person
Ideally be an experiencedestimator from a similar background
Responsibilities
- Record and process incoming tender requests from clients
- Prepare and deliver high-quality tender returns for projects
- Attend site surveys as required to gather information for tender preparation.
- Liaise with clients to ensure proper interpretation of specifications and respond to project developments.
- Develop strong product knowledge to accurately reflect offerings in tender submissions.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth process and a high level of client satisfaction.
- Prioritise workloads effectively to meet deadlines and adapt to changing requirements.
What we are looking for from the new Electrical Estimator:
- Experience within an electrical environment or a strong technical background.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to deliver accurate, competitive tender returns.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritiseand manage multiple projects.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical specifications.
- Effective communication skills, both with internal teams and external clients.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment.
