The Role
As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting Advisers and Client Relationship Managers to ensure exceptional client service and smooth administrative processes. This is a varied role that involves handling client documentation, maintaining records, and being the first point of contact for client queries.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and process client documentation, including KYC and AML information

Maintain accurate and compliant client records

Handle client queries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring timely resolutions

Schedule client meetings and manage adviser diaries

Maintain CRM systems and track ongoing tasks, escalating urgent matters when necessary

Support advisers in preparing client review packs and financial documents

Assist with new business processing, policy amendments, and fund switches

Liaise with product and platform providers to obtain policy information

Provide general office support, including greeting clients, managing supplies, and coordinating internal meetings
What We’re Looking For

Previous office experience preferred, ideally in financial services or administration

Experience with data entry, CRM systems, and client interaction beneficial but not essential

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A positive attitude and willingness to learn within a supportive team environment
