Learning Support and Behaviour Worker**Working Hours:** 8:30 AM - 4:30 PMAre you passionate about supporting students with behavioural challenges? If so, we invite you to apply for the position of Learning Support and Behaviour Worker.**Key Responsibilities:**- Provide targeted support to students with behavioural needs, both individually and in small groups.- Assist in the development and implementation of behaviour management plans.- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages student engagement and learning.- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and behavioural progress.- Monitor and report on student behaviour and progress, adapting strategies as needed.- Maintain a safe and structured environment within the Behaviour Support Unit.**Qualifications and Skills:**- Experience working with children or young people, particularly those with behavioural challenges, is highly desirable.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for supporting students' development.- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.- Relevant qualifications or training in education, behaviour management, psychology, or a related field is an advantage.The school aims to provide a personalised curriculum combining core subjects with more specialist choices where the learners individual needs are paramount.
