We are seeking a diligent QSHE Specialist for our quality department who will focus on enhancing the quality, safety, health, and environmental aspects of our operations in Sutton Coldfield.

Description
- Overseeing and managing all QSHE aspects within the department.
- Working on the businesses QMS systems to ISO9001 & ISO14001 & ISO45001
- Implementing and maintaining QSHE standards in line with regulations and company policy.
- Regularly conducting risk assessments and audits.
- Promoting a positive QSHE culture within the team.
- Investigating any incidents and implementing corrective actions.
- Providing QSHE training to staff members.
- Maintaining QSHE documentation and records.
- Liaising with external QSHE bodies and representatives.
Profile
A successful QSHE Specialist should have:
- A degree in a related engineering or science discipline.
- Expertise in quality, safety, health, and environmental management.
- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and audits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive approach towards enhancing QSHE standards.
Job Offer
