I am recruiting on behalf of a large Asset Management Organisation for a Facilities Compliance Officer to work on a Facilities Management PFI contract in Mansfield.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitoring the statutory and contractual compliance on the contract
  • Ensuring coordination of feedback from all participants is achieved
  • Undertake site-based Compliance Monitoring reviews where applicable of both Statutory and Contractual compliance
  • Provide exception reports as required
  • Maintain accurate records of evidence received and observed
  • Escalate and feed back in a timely manner, non-compliance area

Required experience/Qualifications

  • Previous experience managing compliance on a Facilities Management contract
  • Previous Statutory and regulatory compliance experience
  • Experience of working within a PFI environment would be beneficial
  • Ability to pick out key information and report it in a timely manner using appropriate means of communication.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with other stakeholders whilst ensuring that the best interests of the projects are promoted and maintained.
