We are delighted to be partnering with a leading energy company to recruit a Digital Learning Coordinator based in Sutton, London, on a full-time basis. This role will support the Digital Learning Programme, working closely with the Group Learning & Development team to coordinate and deliver key training initiatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for organising and scheduling digital training sessions, managing attendance, tracking delegate progress, and ensuring a seamless learning experience. You will also work within the Learning Management System (LMS) to create events, manage user access, and troubleshoot technical issues. Additionally, you will support broader L&D initiatives, including programme coordination, responding to learning queries, and contributing to the development of engaging multimedia learning content.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with an LMS, SuccessFactors preferred, a passion for data and reporting, and familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, SharePoint). Experience with eLearning development tools such as Articulate Rise or Storyline would be beneficial. Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and a collaborative mindset are essential.
