As an Accounts Manager, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, oversee the preparation of accounts, and provide expert advisory services. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior team members, ensuring high standards are maintained throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of clients across various sectors.
• Overseeing the preparation and review of statutory accounts and tax computations.
• Providing proactive advice to clients on financial and business matters.
• Supporting and mentoring junior staff members.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.

Skills & Experience:

• ACA/ACCA qualified.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working within a UK Practice environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting and tax principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and client service.
