We have recently partnered with an amazing consultancy firm for an additional role from placing a new hire this year. With rapid expansion plans going into 2025, now is a really exciting time to join the business and they further grow from recently landing some very ambitious contracts. This opportunity would suit an experienced Account Manager who has experience working within consultancy with a proven track record of successful managing B2B relationships. They offer excellent progression with a clear development path from day one.

Job description

  • Acting as the first point of contact for key client accounts and managing relationships with excellent efficiency.
  • Preparing accounts for tender by organising a budget pricing plan with different options making sure they are all cost effective.
  • Working close with suppliers to make sure you have updated knowledge of market trends.
  • Analysis the market on a daily basis to advise clients as best as possible.
  • Dealing with all queries in a professional manner and achieving SLA’s on a daily basis.
  • Consistently identifying new business opportunities with customers to consistently add value to their portfolio.
  • Adding to new ideas on how to cross sell the services of the business.
