My client is looking for a proven PA to join their Business.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week (with occasional overtime), there could also be scope for overtime.

The ideal candidate will be computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Director, ensuring that all of their professional and personal needs are met effectively. Responsibilities may include managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and organizing travel arrangements for both business and family purposes. As you will be working closely with the Director, maintaining a proactive and detail-oriented approach will be essential to support their daily activities and enhance their productivity.
  • Maintain and organise confidential documents, files, and databases.
  • Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for creating and editing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Occasionally address customer inquiries as needed, providing assistance and support on a limited basis rather than as a regular part of the role. This will involve ensuring that customer questions are answered efficiently and accurately when they arise.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
