Are you a Payroll Manager who is looking for a 12-month contract in a large multinational FMCG business, looking to start as soon as possible?

Do you want the opportunity to add value to the business and help the Head of Payroll run and oversee the payroll for a large business with over 2000 employees, continuing your career in the payroll space?

On offer is the opportunity to join a well-known FMCG business, who look after their staff, have great benefits, even for a fixed term contract, work in a fast-paced environment where people are welcoming, friendly, and supportive.

In this role you will be central to the payroll team and delivery of an accurate payroll for over 2000 employees, engage with Divisional HR Managers as well as head office, while managing a small team, working with Cascade payroll system as well as Excel.

The ideal candidate will come from an inhouse payroll positions, be available in the short term and wanting a fixed term contract and willing to be in office initially but then move to 3 days in the office.

THE ROLE:

  • Manage Complex Payroll including bonuses, deductions, pensions etc.
  • Provide insights and analytics to relevant teams.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT to optimise payroll systems.
  • Manage and mentor a small team and support the Head of Payroll.

THE PERSON:

  • Qualified by experience or CIPP Qualified or similar.
  • Inhouse Payroll experience with large payrolls.
  • Team management and leadership experience.
  • Commutable to Swadlincote, Ashby-de-la-Zouch.
