Customer Service Advisor - 26,000
Based in our clients office in Swanley.
We are currently seeking a Customer Advisor to join one of a clients, a logistics company, based in Swanley. This is a great opportunity for someone who has customer service experience within a similar role and someone who enjoys a challenge.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide exceptional customer service, dealing professionally and efficiently with incoming UK orders, queries and complaints
- Be the first point of contact for a range of different customers
- Understand and support new business initiatives
- Communicate and co-ordinate with the customer, 3rd parties and internal departments
- Manage the systems and ensuring records are kept up to date
The ideal candidate:
- Will have experience within a similar customer services role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Effective department worker
- Ability to use systems effectively
