This is for you if you’re an experienced IFA administrator with management experience who is looking for a new challenge. You will benefit from joining a large team where you will receive support and exposure to an abundance of knowledge enabling you to develop. The Business

The firm are a nationwide business who are going through a period of organic and acquisition based growth. As a result they are looking for experienced staff to join them in this period to help push forward this growth. They are an independent firm and have access to the wider market, so they can provide their clients with unbiased, whole of market advice. They have marketing leading investment solutions and have a big focus on technology to help drive them as a firm.

The Role

As the administration team leader, you will be managing administration teams to ensure the back office is working efficiently and to the best of it's ability. You'll spend three days a week visiting the nearby offices, working with the teams to ensure everything is being completed on time, manage KPIs, train new members of staff and hold team meetings to create a positive/motivated environment. You'll holding one to ones with those in your allocated team to manage performance by identifying, implementing and managing their personal improvement journeys.
