Red Recruitment is recruiting a Contact Centre Trainer in Swansea to join our client, who provides support and solutions to their customers.

The salary for this position is up to 30,000 per annum and is an onsite, permanent position.

To be considered for this role you must hold a valid UK driving license and have access to your own vehicle.

  • Hours: Monday - Friday, hours between 8am - 6pm and 1 in 2 Saturdays, 9am - 1pm

Key Responsibilities of a Contact Centre Trainer:

  • Delivering existing training to new and existing Contact Centre Agents
  • Conducting inductions for new starters and ensuring all paperwork has been completed
  • Running system training sessions throughout the year to ensure all Agents are kept up to date
  • Evaluating trainee performance and providing feedback and support
  • Identifying skills and knowledge gaps with the Agents and feeding back to the Team Leaders

Key Skills and Experience of a Contact Centre Trainer:

  • Staying up to date with industry knowledge
  • Previous experience as a Trainer is required
  • Good contact centre knowledge is required
  • Great people skills, and being able to lead and engage a team is required
  • Experience using a variety of IT programmes is required
