Hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 40 hours/week Full time, Permanent
Salary: (£27,000 - £31,000)

Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator looking to make a difference in young children's lives? Bright Gems Nursery is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our team and support the development of our growing nursery settings for our children.

Key Responsibilities as a Early Years Educator:

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes children's development and well-being.
• Observe and assess children's progress, working closely with parents and colleagues.
• Support children with Special Educational Needs (SEND), ensuring every child thrives.

Ideal Early Years Educator Candidate:

• Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Passionate about child development and early education.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience in a nursery setting.
