- Assist in preparing and drafting legal documents, including statements of claim, witness statements, and court forms.
- Conduct legal research and case law analysis to support ongoing litigation cases.
- Manage case files, ensuring all documents are filed, tracked, and kept up to date.
- Communicate with clients, third parties, and experts to gather necessary information for cases.
- Support solicitors in the preparation and presentation of cases at court hearings.
- Maintain accurate records of case progress, timelines, and correspondence.
- Previous experience as a paralegal, ideally within litigation, with a strong background in the public sector.
- Strong understanding of legal procedures and terminology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and work efficiently under pressure.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- A proactive approach and keen attention to detail.
- Law degree or equivalent legal qualification.
- Experience with court procedures and filings.
