If you're passionate about litigation, have previous experience working in the public sector, and want to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you!Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing and drafting legal documents, including statements of claim, witness statements, and court forms.
  • Conduct legal research and case law analysis to support ongoing litigation cases.
  • Manage case files, ensuring all documents are filed, tracked, and kept up to date.
  • Communicate with clients, third parties, and experts to gather necessary information for cases.
  • Support solicitors in the preparation and presentation of cases at court hearings.
