Our client is a high performing corporate CEO turned entrepreneur with a £ multi-million business portfolio across multiple sectors. With 30 years in business and a business portfolio consisting of a board advisory, business mentoring, property investing, mergers and acquisitions, public speaking, and podcasting.

Due to the increased level of new business, our client is now looking for a high energy, experienced PA to become her right-hand person as she scales up Brave, Bold, Brilliant as a brand and continues to grow her diversified business portfolio.

Opportunity to grow with the role as the business expands to incorporate broader marketing, communication and commercial areas depending on the qualities and experience of the successful candidate.

What we need from you as an experienced executive level PA:

  • Minimum 3 years experience working as a PA to Director/CEO level
  • Multi sector corporate knowledge and experience would be a bonus
  • Highly proficient with excellent PowerPoint skills is a must
  • Strong customer service experience and communication skills
  • Efficient, well-organised diary management
  • Proactive management of emails, client liaison and follow up
  • Excellent ability to create project plans and prepare progress reports
  • Content assets created and reviewed on an ongoing basis
  • Excellent relationships built to handle sensitive and confidential situations with stakeholders, including clients, and external partners.
  • Experience collating and filing expenses

What the role involves:

This position is an integral part of a small but growing team, with multiple businesses under one roof. The role will support the CEO in dealing with a diverse range of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Diary management, including prioritisation and gatekeeper of CEOs time
  • Minutes and note taking
  • Report and presentation preparations
  • Read, monitor & respond to emails and messages on social media where required
  • Mini projects and preparing pieces of work on behalf of CEO
  • Engaging with multiple external businesses and stakeholders
  • Supporting with social media activity where required
  • Immersing themselves in the world of our clients businesses and become the first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation where necessary
  • Organising events and conferences
  • Coordination of mentoring and mastermind programmes
  • Coordination of podcasting guests, materials, liaising with podcast agency and social media manager
  • Proactive client liaison
  • Market research
  • Invoicing and KPIs reporting


Salary/hours: £25,000 - £30,000 per year, pro rata. Days and hours are flexible, ideally 2.5 to 3 days a week to start with.

The role is mainly working from home, with 1 day a week in Swansea working face to face with our client.
