The Role:We're looking for a proactive, skilled professional to drive improvements in Education, Health, and Care (EHC) plans and processes. You'll:

  • Assess the status of EHC needs assessments, plan quality, and annual reviews within your first month.
  • Identify gaps in practice for individual children/young people and recommend tailored improvements.
  • Report weekly to the SEND Improvement Lead, keeping progress on track.
  • Present to panels (like High Cost or Preparing for Adulthood Panels) as needed.
  • Handle complex casework when necessary, resolving challenges to move plans forward.

The Essentials:

  • A solid background in SEND casework with proven expertise.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Confidence using the Synergy system-or willingness to train in Swindon to master it.
