Accounts Assistant

Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to play a key role in managing and analysing Supplier Income across multiple global channels.

Your primary responsibilities will include interpreting financial data, processing invoices, and supporting our Aged Debt processes with accuracy and clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess marketing deals and rebates.
  • Reconcile data within spreadsheets and perform in-depth analysis of results.
  • Generate invoices, ensuring accurate currency conversion and value entry.
  • Support Aged Debt reporting to ensure accuracy and transparency in financial records.
