Job Title: Telephonist (Temporary)

We pride ourselves on our commitment to providing world-class customer service. As a Telephonist, you will play a fundamental role in ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service by effectively navigating calls and emails to the appropriate teams and handlers.
Responsibilities:
Answer a comprehensive range of calls and emails regarding our products and servicesQuestion callers to accurately determine the relevant team or handlerDemonstrate a broad knowledge of products and proceduresProvide exceptional customer service skills at all timesFollow procedures to ensure adherence to data protection and compliance policiesIdentify and escalate customer issues in special or emergency situationsProactively communicate feedback to continuously improve our customer relationships and service delivery
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Telephonist or in a similar roleExceptional customer service skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of data protection and compliance policies is desirable
This is a temporary role for a period of 3 months, offering an hourly rate of £12. As a Telephonist, you will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that prides itself on providing outstanding customer service.
