Primary Teacher (Part-Time) / Qualified EYFS & KS1 Educator - SN5

My client is looking for a passionate and motivated Early Years Teacher to join their team on a part-time basis (0.4 FTE), creating a positive and engaging environment for early learners. This role is available on a part-time, permanent basis starting in January.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Creating and delivering innovative and engaging lesson plans for EYFS and early KS1 students
  • Implementing effective classroom management to foster self-discipline, independence, and active learning
  • Collaborating in the school improvement process and contributing to ongoing self-evaluation
  • Providing personalized feedback and assessment to support student growth and set achievable goals
  • Engaging with the school community and working alongside parents, staff, and external agencies to support each child

About You

  • Be able to do the job as described.
  • Experience teaching in EYFS, with a proven ability to adapt and differentiate for a range of learning needs
  • Creative, dedicated, and passionate about inspiring students to meet their full potential
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with students and parents
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and implementing new educational initiatives
