What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting teaching and learning alongside a team of educators to help children reach their potential.
  • Working closely with the teacher to create a stimulating and safe classroom environment.
  • Assisting with the assessment of students' progress and helping them meet their learning goals.
  • Contributing to vibrant classroom displays and learning resources.
  • Supporting children during lunchtime and accompanying groups on school trips.

About You

  • Be able to do the job as described.
  • GCSEs in English and Maths are required.
  • Experience working with children to support and accelerate their learning.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect positively with children and adults alike.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work on your own initiative.
  • A deep commitment to safeguarding, confidentiality, and the overall well-being of the children.
