What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist in planning and delivering engaging learning activities under the guidance of the teacher.
- Support students’ personal, social, and emotional development in small groups or 1:1 settings.
- Implement learning strategies and adapt teaching based on students’ needs, especially those with SEND or EHCPs.
- Foster resilience and build confidence in students through targeted interventions.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to monitor and assess student progress.
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Adaptable communication skills to meet the unique needs of individual students.
- Skilled in supporting emotional literacy and building self-esteem.
- Knowledgeable in providing learning support, especially in literacy and numeracy.
- Positive approach to behaviour management, promoting independence and accountability.
