Key Responsibilities
- Leading audits for a range of Not-for-Profit clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Managing and mentoring a team of audit professionals, reviewing their work and supporting development
- Building strong client relationships and providing expert advice on audit and financial reporting matters
- Assisting with business development initiatives and identifying opportunities for growth
- Overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of audits, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Experience leading audits and managing client relationships
- Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing and accounting standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
