Primary Duties: Act as initial point of contact for clients visiting the office
Deal with telephone and internet enquiries
Arrange the booking of viewings and valuations
Update window displays and website
Compose marketing literature
Update social media accounts
Administrative support for the sales team
Secondary Duties: Conduct viewings of properties for sale
Administer contract paperwork when required
Provide alternate office cover when required
Other duties as required in the successful running of the office
Essential Criteria: Driving licence and a car (prior to end of probation period)
Computer literate and good knowledge of Microsoft Word
Able to work independently and as part of a team
