Account Manager (IT Technology Repair) - Swindon

Role is working 2 days a week in their offices in Swindon and 3 days a week on the road visiting customers

As the Customer Care Manager you will manage and grow relationships with existing clients in the IT technology repair sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer satisfaction, ensuring timely and effective service delivery, and identifying opportunities for account growth within an established customer base.

Key responsibilities:-

  • Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships
  • Address and resolve client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and meeting to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, logistics etc. to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded
  • Ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently achieved
  • Work closely with clients to understand their evolving business needs and suggest relevant IT repair solutions
  • Monitor contract renewals to ensure long-term business retention

Key skills/experience required:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or business development within the IT services or technology repair industry
  • Familiarity with IT repair services, hardware diagnostics, and technology lifecycle management is highly desirable
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
