With a current team of 5 2nd and 3rd line engineers, you will be the point of contact for escalations and supporting and leading the team.Responsibilities:

• Act as a technical leader in high-stakes situations.
• It serves as an escalation point for our stellar 2nd / 3rd line Engineers.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Deliver against our KPIs with flying colours.
• Hands-on project delivery and initiation

Requirements:

• A clear and confident communicator.
• Technical prowess in:
  • Veeam
  • Windows Server
  • Active Directory
  • Azure
  • Intune
  • Microsoft 365 and related technologies
    • Exchange Online
    • Azure Active Directory (Azure AD joined/hybrid)
    • Conditional Access/MFA
    • Mobile Device Management (Intune/Endpoint Manager)
    • Azure Information Protection
    • Azure DLP
    • Microsoft Azure IaaS
    • Hyper-V
    • Networking (S2S/P2S VPN, VLAN, LACP)
• Strong documentation skills and time management savvy.
• Adaptability and flexibility to tackle any challenge head-on.
