Project Engineer - Waste to Energy - Swindon

The Company

My client are a leading processing company, with their own patented technology. They are on an exciting growth path, therefore are recruiting for 2 project engineers to join their team. You will be reponsible for all internal plant improvement and process improvement projects at their Swindon plant. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Delivering internal improvement projects
  • Delivery of allocated projects to the agreed time, quality and cost metrics
  • Compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
  • Liaising with stakeholders regularly
  • Producing project scope documentation
  • Reviewing technical documentation
  • Supporting design review and HAZOP Process
  • Supplier and Contractor management

Key Skills

  • Experience in Chemical manufacturing / Pharmaceutical Manufacturing / Medical / Food / Dairy / Brewery / Oil & Gas / Waste to Energy
  • Knowledge of SCADA operating systems would be benficial
  • Experience in a process / mechanical / electrical project role
  • Must have a solid background delivering small projects
  • Experience controlling and managing budgets and budget forecasting
  • Knowledge of using MS Project or SmartSheet
  • Experience with AutoCAD for reviewing manufacturing drawings
