Office Accounts & Database Lead

Monday - Friday 0830 - 1700

£35,000 - £40,000 DOE

Our client is looking for a self-motivated, proactive individual to join their team as a Office Accounts & Database Lead.

The successful individual will be joining a small but highly experienced team of professional engineering specialists with a real passion for achieving customer excellence.

  • General administration
  • Conducting purchase and sales ledgers 
  • Managing financial accounts
  • Communicating with customers
  • Work-load planning and asset database management 

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications, experience and personal attributes:

  • Knowledge and experience of using SAGE and Microsoft Excel
  • People management skills
  • Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices
  • Strong IT skills and knowledge 
  • Able to demonstrate man management capability 
  • Strong attention to detail
