Quality Control Cleaning Validation Analyst - Swindon

Opportunity:

Are you currently working in quality control? Does your experience include cleaning and setting up lab equipment and production equipment? Do you have experience with techniques such as Balances, pH meter, HPLC? Want to work for a large pharmaceutical manufacturing company? Yes then this is the role for you!

Your role as a Quality Control Cleaning Validation Analyst based in Swindon will involve:

  • Accurately completing documentation related to the Encapsulation process.
  • Operating and maintaining up to two Encapsulation Machines.
  • Performing in-process checks and evaluating, in detail, product quality.
  • Monitoring material and gel usage at the machine and changes receivers as needed ensuring that components are not used past expiration date and time.
  • Tearing down machines at changeover.
  • Setting-up/assembling Encapsulation Machines for operation per batch record instructions.
  • Troubleshooting equipment to maintain a quality product.
  • Monitoring and replenishing solvents and lubricants as required.
  • Assembling, handling, and staging tray stacks with manufactured soft gels.
  • Ensuring that needed supplies (tray paper, gloves etc.) for the department are maintained at sufficient levels.
  • Handling non-hazardous, hazardous and DEA materials and waste.

This is a 12 months contract which will be reviewed for a possible extension or go permanent dependent on the candidate and business performance. The PAYE rate is £13.34 per hour.

This is a shift role working 4 days on and then 4 days off - 7.00 am to 7.00 pm.

Skills:
