Quality Control Laboratory Analyst GMP / GLP- Swindon

Opportunity:

Are you currently working in quality control? Does your experience include hands on analytical testing of raw materials and finished products? Want to work for a large pharmaceutical manufacturing company? Yes then this is the role for you!

Your role as a Quality Control Analytical Laboratory Analyst GMP/GLP based in Swindon will involve testing finished products, raw materials, bulk purified water, stability and ad hoc samples using wet chemical analysis and instrumental techniques such as Balances, pH meter, UV, Karl Fisher, FT-IR, TLC and Dissolution.

You will also get involved in the up-keep of QC documents, investigations, QC equipment calibration, validations and process improvement activities.

This is a 12 months contract which will be reviewed for a possible extension or go permanent dependent on the candidate and business performance. The PAYE rate is £13.30 per hour.

This is a shift role working 4 days on and then 4 days off - 7.00 am to 7.00 pm.

Skills:

• Degree or equivalent in Chemistry.
• Experience in wet chemistry / analytical testing but flexible.
