What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting individual students or small groups in their academic, personal, and social growth
  • Adapting and delivering educational programs under teacher guidance to enhance learning opportunities
  • Observing, documenting, and reporting student progress to help shape future learning plans
  • Assisting with classroom setup, resource preparation, and organization of learning materials
  • Providing occasional personal and medical care, and ensuring each child’s safety and well-being
  • Covering classes or groups independently in the absence of the teacher

  • Be able to do the job as described.
  • Naturally empathetic, patient, and adaptable with a genuine passion for inclusive education
  • Skilled at building positive, supportive relationships with students
  • Observant and detail-oriented, capable of spotting and reporting on learning progress
