Qualifications
- Minimum of Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics.
- Experience of supporting learners using PACE, ELSA or equivalent.
- Experience of supporting young people of all avilities including those with SENm EAL, and/or who are Gifted and Talented.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting students with learning activities and adapting resources to meet individual needs.
- Supporting the Classroom Teacher and fostering a positive classroom environment.
- Collaborating with teachers and professionals to implement learning plans effectively.
